A special thanks goes out to all those who participated in the Kamakani Golf Tournament 2004. We would especially like to thank everyone who helped put the event together such as the those who made the goodie bags, checked-in golfers, sat in the hot sun tending the par 3 holes, and the scoring committee. Without your support and generosity, the tournament could not have been as successful as it was.
